They pride themselves on delivering quality work across a range of makes and models, maintaining a clean, well-equipped workshop, and offering a supportive, team-focused working environment.As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining accurate documentation. - Competitive Basic Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Team bonus on labour sales (target circa £4,000)

- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance across various makes and models
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Completing internal documentation accurately and on time
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to the workshop training programme
- Ensuring work is completed in a safe and compliant manner.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Ideally 10 years of workshop experience to a high standard
- Competence in literacy, numeracy, and IT
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
