We are seeking an energetic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our clients dynamic team and lead a temps desk in the Industrial Driving sector.The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Industrial Driving sector, you will be at the forefront of matching skilled drivers with leading companies. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver customised recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Placement: Source, screen, and place high-quality drivers in temporary positions.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and secure new business opportunities.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, contributing to personal and company success.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Industrial Driving sector.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
