We are currently partnered with one of the UK's largest airport operators, , connecting millions of passengers to over 250 destinations every year. ✈️🌍They are currently on a transformative journey to reposition themselves as a leader in airport technology and innovation. Historically focused on infrastructure and asset-heavy operations, they have become much more product focused and are now leveraging technology to drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and achieve long-term strategic growth!🚀They're now looking for a Business Analyst to join their HR & Payroll area, which supports around 25 applications. This role will be central to driving system digitisation, process automation, and business efficiencies across the organisation. 🛠️💡You'll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure changes are delivered successfully - acting as a trusted advisor to shape improvements, partner with delivery teams, and make sure solutions meet business needs and deliver real benefits.🎯🔎 Who are they looking for?
  • Solid BA experience across systems, process, and data change
  • Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • SAP/HR/Payroll systems knowledge is a plus
