You'll be operating brand-new CNC lathes in a role that focuses purely on machine operation-no stripping or prepping involved. You'll also play a key part in maintaining quality standards, and for the right candidate, there's potential to train others and progress into a Team Leader position.Key Responsibilities:*Operate CNC lathes to refurbish diamond-cut alloy wheels

*Train and mentor junior team members as needed
