- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fully understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and making a measurable impact on business success.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Experienced in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets (experience in recruitment is a plus).
- A confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, thriving in a target-driven environment.
- Adaptable to hybrid working, with the ability to balance office collaboration and remote productivity.
- Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about the driving, industrial, and grounds maintenance sectors.
