
Resident Engineer

- Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems.
- Supporting compliance and health & safety standards across the site.
- Responding to reactive issues promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with PPM tasks and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborating with site teams and contractors to deliver seamless service.
- Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements.
- A strong technical background in a relevant trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas).
- Experience in facilities maintenance within a commercial or customer-facing environment.
- Good working knowledge of health & safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- IOSH/NEBOSH and BIFM qualifications are a plus.
