With a reputation for delivering high-quality services, they work on a range of high-profile projects and are committed to excellence.Your New RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to manage the financial aspects of multiple projects. You'll ensure profitability, control costs, and work closely with project teams to meet budget targets from start to finish.Responsibilities will include:*Managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
*Preparing cost plans and providing financial advice to project teams.
*Monitoring cash flow and ensuring profitability.
*Negotiating contracts and terms with clients and suppliers.
*Identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout project lifecycles.
*Leading financial reporting and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
*Providing leadership to junior commercial staff.What You Will Need to Succeed:*Experience in commercial management or quantity surveying in the construction or security sector.
*Proven ability to manage large projects and maintain financial control.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Finance).
