- Plan, scope and undertake audit assignments effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring work is produced to a high standard and meet deadlines across a selection of global internal audit engagements.
- Produce high quality audit reports, to convey observations and risks to senior management, obtaining their commitment to improvement through documented actions.
- Communicating findings and make recommendations that can be transformed into actions via written reports and verbal presentations.
- Actively monitor agreed actions from audit activity and support management in control improvements, helping to share and promote best practice across the group.
- As the team grows provide training and supervising junior team members.
- Be a Part Qualified or qualified Accountant, (ACCA, CIMA) with in-house or Practice experience including Auditing
- Candidates with experience who are internal Audit Qualified - CIA will also be condiered
- Be a self-starter with the capability of working independently and as part of a small team
- Be proactive and works on own initiative
- Possess a natural curiosity and confidence to ask challenging questions and communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong Excel skills with an appetite for data analysis.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Have an appetite to travel and work in international environments (40+ countries)
- Be proactive, well organized, enthusiastic and thorough, with a systematic approach and ability to work to deadlines.
