You will work alongside senior professionals in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your skills will be valued and developed.The Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor (4–5 years’ PQE) with experience handling a wide-ranging caseload with minimal supervision. You will be dealing with:
- Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
- Forfeiture and unlawful forfeiture claims
- Possession claims
- Dilapidations and breach of lease matters
- Service charge disputes
- Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Breach of covenants, trespass and nuisance claims
- Adverse possession and boundary disputes
- Rights of way, easements and Party Wall Act matters
- Residential disrepair claims
- Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law
- Proven ability to manage a varied and complex caseload
- Confident in building client relationships and delivering excellent service
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
