Start: September startA two-form entry primary school in East Grinstead is seeking a compassionate and committed TA to support a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP. The pupil has mild autism and some sensory processing challenges but is bright, funny, and responds well to consistency and a calm approach.The school is inclusive and well-resourced, with a dedicated SENCo and strong staff training culture. You’ll be guided by the SEN team and class teacher, with clear targets and a structured support plan in place.They’re looking for someone with:Previous experience in a 1:1 or SEN support role (ideally with KS2)A nurturing, clear communication styleDBS on the update service and safeguarding trainingLong-term opportunity with scope for further SEN training and development.
