- Design and develop electrical systems for MEP projects in line with UK engineering codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, sustainable designs.
- Utilize Revit MEP to develop detailed design models and produce high-quality technical drawings.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and energy efficiency evaluations for projects.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and contractors, to communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project plans as part of the design and development process.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems during project implementation.
- Support the mentoring and development of junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in UK Engineering Design - MEP, with a strong emphasis on Electrical and Mechanical Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and other engineering design tools.
- Knowledge of local UK building standards, codes, and regulations for MEP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions.
- Preferred: Previous experience in energy-efficient building systems or sustainable design.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop and refine MEP systems for a diverse array of projects.
- Produce and review design drawings and construction documents using Revit MEP.
- Conduct on-site visits or virtual walk throughs to ensure project designs are effectively implemented.
- Troubleshoot design or construction challenges and provide timely, cost-effective solutions.
- Research and integrate new technologies and sustainable practices into projects.
- Participate in review meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in technical deliverables, aligned with industry best practices.
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and offering constructive feedback.
