- Conduct outbound B2B calls to promote VoIP, broadband, and mobile solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities with SME decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to close.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage past clients where appropriate.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPI targets (calls, conversions, appointments).
- Continuously learn about our telecom products and market positioning.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (telecoms industry experience highly desirable).
- Clear, confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
- Comfortable working independently from home with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with VoIP, internet connectivity, and mobile telecoms a strong plus.
- Good organisational skills and experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
