- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase relevant company products and services
- Generating promising leads for the European Sales Manager to pursue
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Continually meeting or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and targeted sales enquiries
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with providers of secure truck parking, truck washing, and other appropriate road services
- Establish and maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty customer retainment
- Build effective relationships with teams throughout the business and the wider Group, always maintaining positive and productive connections
- Always adopt a collaborative and friendly approach to your colleagues
- Foster and develop positive partnerships with the SNAP Account wider partnership network
- GCSE Maths and English (or similar in relevant European country / state)
- Fluent in-country language including English in both written and verbal communication form
- Willingness to progress through company financial sponsored Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accredited training is advantageous
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to follow sales elevator pitches
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
