Experienced Cover Supervisors – Supply Roles Across Plymouth SchoolsWe are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team and work on a flexible, supply basis across a range of schools in Plymouth. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in managing a classroom and already have experience working in this capacity.As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, maintaining classroom order, and ensuring students remain engaged in the absence of their regular teacher. Your ability to manage behaviour and support learning is essential.Key Responsibilities:Supervising classes during teacher absencesDelivering set lesson plans and facilitating classroom activitiesManaging behaviour in accordance with school policiesProviding feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and participationCreating a positive and supportive learning environmentRequirements:Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor is essentialStrong behaviour management and communication skillsFlexibility to work in different schools and adapt quickly to new environmentsA proactive, professional approachA valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) * Degree (in any subject) is essentialAbout Vision for Education
