- Lead and manage construction activities across multiple sites, starting with Folkestone and New Forest, with additional work planned in Essex.
- Oversee site operations involving HV switchgear and substantiate power experience—including substation installations, commissioning, or similar.
- Represent the company on site, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver safely, on time, and to budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Provide regular reporting and communicate effectively across stakeholders to keep projects aligned and progressing.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry (not just project management).
- Hands‑on experience with HV switchgear; essential.
- Strong preference for candidates with power infrastructure experience, especially working on substations (e.g., transformer, switchgear, GIS/AIS installations).
- Full site mobility across Folkestone, New Forest, and Essex; ability to travel and adapt between locations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Earn a competitive day rate of around £400+, outside IR35.
