- Organising samples to send out to clients
- Helping manage incoming samples of food and packaging
- Assist the sales team with general administration and any paperwork that needs doing
- Help prepare for trade shows by pulling samples together, co-ordinating requirements with the warehouse team, liaising with logistics companies, and with trade show organisers
- Handling small customer enquiries including day to day email correspondence and order processing.
- Any other tasks the sales team require help with day to day such as responding to general enquiries, and maintaining company records
- Experience within an office-based administration role
- Highly organised
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- A salary of £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
