- Support the Head of Department in curriculum management and development for Construction Multi-Skills, Property Maintenance Operations, and Bricklaying.
- Lead and motivate teaching teams to ensure outstanding standards of teaching and learning.
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance within the department.
- Contribute to student recruitment, retention, and achievement.
- Deliver exemplary teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Teaching Experience: Extensive background in Further Education (FE).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in construction and building services.
- Health & Safety: Excellent awareness and understanding relevant to the sector.
- Qualifications: Recognised teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership abilities.
