- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to maintain product integrity, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
- Product Strategy & Optimisation: Define product development opportunities and requirements, oversee configuration changes, and enhance workflows to improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Performance Analysis & Innovation: Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of new initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
- Business & Technical Liaison: Act as the key bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring product enhancements align with customer needs and overall business objectives.
- Support product management framework responsibility including product and journey evaluations and manage these through governance.
- Understanding of credit card product, lifecycle management, and operational execution.
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience, product features, and market trends in the credit card sector, ensuring competitive and customer-centric product offerings.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to credit card products, ensuring adherence to FCA/PRA guidelines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational efficiency, risk management, and customer outcomes while driving commercial success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technology, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver business objectives.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgement and a structured approach to product execution and issue resolution.
- Understanding of governance, risk controls, and compliance obligations within an FCA/PRA-regulated financial institution.
