You will be responsible for ensuring robust policies, processes, and controls are in place to achieve timely and accurate billing, efficient collection, and exceptional customer service.This pivotal role includes leading process improvement initiatives, enhancing system capabilities, and ensuring compliance with sector regulations and institutional policies. You will also play a key role in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making, and delivering high-quality management information to senior leadership.We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in income management, financial operations, and process improvement within a complex organisation. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning.
