- Oversee all lettings operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to support seamless property management
- Conduct market appraisals and valuations, providing accurate guidance to landlords
- Manage tenancy progression, from initial enquiry through to successful move-in
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the lettings team to achieve individual and branch targets
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, including tenancy agreements and referencing
- Monitor lettings performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Handle escalated tenant and landlord issues with professionalism and efficience
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a management role for at least 2 years
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead and inspire a team toward meeting ambitious targets
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
