- Oversee staff operations, ensuring effective management and coordination.
- Manage the on-hire and off-hire processes of equipment, maintaining operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate stock figures for the site and provide weekly reports to the Operations Director.
- Handle the initiation of basic off-hires and on-hires using the Syrinx system.
- Coordinate and execute deliveries and collections as required on-site.
- Manage the scheduling of BA training and RPE fit testing to meet compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain operational liaison with clients to address and fulfil their service needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure successful delivery and fulfilment of orders
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support normal site operations.
- Conduct recruitment, staffing, and personal reviews to build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure the tidiness and organisation of the yard and cabins, adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Engage in project planning activities including creating vent plans, rescue plans, and vessel scoping.
- Liaise with clients to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Recruit and manage labour specifically for project demands, in addition to regular operations.
- Direct and oversee labour management throughout project durations.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager and Project Director as needed to align project objectives and requirement.
- Attend client meetings to clearly establish project needs and ensure all requirements are comprehensively addressed.
- Proven experience in operations and project management.
- Experience within the process/oil and gas industry would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capabilities with experience in managing small teams.
- Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Knowledge on syrinx will be beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality in equipment handling.
