Commercial Property LawyerLong term locum contract (covering maternity leave)£55-60/hr (umbrella)About the Role:Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly local authority legal team. The role can be worked remotely for the majority of the time, but occasional office attendance would be required.Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
  • Dealing with sales and acquisitions
  • Advising on Landlord and Tenant cases
  • Dealing with leases and licenses
  • Delivering on projects
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
  • Previous experience handling commercial property work and ideally project work
