The business is entering a new phase of growth and is seeking a finance professional to support its expanding finance team based at the head office in Windsor.This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that combines commercial ambition with a strong focus on care quality and operational excellence.The RoleAs Accounts Payable Senior, you will play a key role in supporting the finance department with responsibility for managing the accounts payable function across multiple sites.Key responsibilities include:Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and staff expense claimsInvestigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queriesPerforming supplier statement reconciliationsMonitoring and clearing suspense accountsMaintaining accurate vendor profiles and managing changesIssuing remittance advice and processing payment runsCommunicating with vendors and care home finance teams via phone and emailSupporting the Assistant Accountants and the wider finance function with ad hoc tasksYou will liaise regularly with Financial Administrators across all care home sites and work collaboratively with a finance team currently made up of 17 professionals.About YouWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in accounts payable or purchase ledger.
