  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans
  • Providing one-to-one support to SEN students as required
  • Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
Education:Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirableExperience:Prior experience working in a similar role within an educational settingKnowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of the UK education system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting SEN students
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily within a school setting
  • Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
