- Influencing technology and workplace decisions by engaging with stakeholders early, identifying potential adoption challenges and proactively shaping solutions to ensure smooth roll outs
- Defining the future of how colleagues adopt and benefit from technology and the workplace and building strategies to get there
- Embedding adoption into key initiatives to ensure changes are colleague centric and drive long-term impact
- Supporting strategic transformation while remaining hands-on through enablement activities and team engagement
- Leverage data and insights to track adoption, refine strategies and continuously enhance the colleague experience
- Act as a strategic partner to project, programme and change teams - embedding adoption, thinking early in the process to influence planning, roll out and communications
- Create colleague personas, workflows and journey maps to ensure adoption strategies are tailored, relevant and inclusive across diverse colleague needs and working patterns
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Informa - particularly with HR, Internal Communications & Learning and Development to ensure alignment, maximise impact and support the One Informa approach
- Leveraging emerging tools - such as AI-powered content platforms to scale resource creation, personalise learning experiences and explore more intelligent, intuitive ways of delivering knowledge
- Ensure all training materials are easily accessible, current and insight driven, adapting content based on colleague feedback, usage trends and evolving technology
- In alignment with other teams across Informa, develop and curate a centralised learning ecosystem, embedding resources across multiple channels, workflows and touchpoints
- Maximise the use of external partners, vendors and internal SME's to support content production and localisation - ensuring quality, consistency and scalability
- Work closely with relevant teams to understand their unique needs and deliver targeted adoption interventions
- Act as a trusted advisor to help demystify new tools and guide teams through behaviour change in their digital and workplace environments
- Identify trends, track engagement and proactively adjust approaches to improve reach and impact
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, demonstrating how adoption activity is driving productivity and enhancing the colleague experience
- Strategic Influencer: Can challenge, shape and influence technology and workplace adoption decisions, ensuring solutions work in practice - not just on paper
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Spots issues before they arise, adapts quickly, and takes ownership of driving improvements to technology, physical workspaces, and flexible working models

- Proven experience in workplace technology adoption, enablement, or digital change roles, with a strong understanding of both physical and digital workplace environments
- Demonstrated ability to shape and deliver strategic adoption plans that align with organisational change initiatives and improve colleague experience
- Comfortable engaging directly with teams across functions to build relationships, gather insights, and drive in-person adoption and behaviour change
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders such as HR, Internal Comms, IT, and Learning teams to deliver integrated and aligned adoption strategies
- Strong background in developing or commissioning self-service learning resources using modern tools (e.g. AI content platforms, microlearning tools, video)
- Skilled in using data and feedback to measure adoption success, track engagement, and iterate on enablement approaches
