- Collect, analyse, and interpret procurement data; identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within procurement workflows (ex Purchase to Pay process, Request for Quotes methodologies and tools..).
- Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain procurement software and ensure system integration.
- Work closely with procurement teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within procurement workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and best practices in reporting and analysis.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP/ERP) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Experience in data analysis or related disciplines.
