We’re looking for a Supply Primary School Teachers for schools across Southwark who can swoop in when needed, bring positive energy, and keep things running smoothly in our vibrant classrooms. Whether it’s a day off for a teacher or an unexpected absence, you’ll be the hero who keeps the learning alive!No two days will be the same, but that’s part of the fun. You’ll get to teach a variety of subjects across all primary year groups, supporting children’s learning and growth while building lasting relationships with both staff and students.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading dynamic lessons in a range of subjects from literacy to maths and everything in between
  • Keeping students engaged, motivated, and having fun while learning
  • Stepping into classrooms of all year groups and adapting to different learning styles
  • Managing classroom behaviour with a calm, friendly approach
  • Supporting students in their individual learning needs and promoting a positive, inclusive environment
  • Flexibly jumping into new environments, sometimes with very little notice
What We’re Looking For:
  • A flexible, confident teacher with a “let’s make this work” attitude
  • Experience teaching in primary schools
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and a love of learning
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to think on your feet
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to creating a safe, supportive classroom
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
  • DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
