You will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and re-fixing of cutting-edge machine control equipment on a variety of excavators and dozers. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping our vital projects running smoothly and efficiently.We're Looking For:
A dedicated and technically proficient fitter with a strong background in machine control systems. You should be adept at diagnostics, problem-solving, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repair, and re-fixing of machine control equipment on excavators and dozers.
- Conducting diagnostics and rectifying faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
- Providing technical support and guidance to machine operators as required.
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machine control systems.
- Ability to be present on site Monday to Friday
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and GPS systems relevant to heavy plant.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding site environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.
