Role: Machine Control Fitter
Location: The majority of the work will be in Great Missenden with ad hoc travel to Sizewell too
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Accommodation Allowance

You will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and re-fixing of cutting-edge machine control equipment on a variety of excavators and dozers. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping our vital projects running smoothly and efficiently.We're Looking For:
A dedicated and technically proficient fitter with a strong background in machine control systems. You should be adept at diagnostics, problem-solving, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting, repair, and re-fixing of machine control equipment on excavators and dozers.
  • Conducting diagnostics and rectifying faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all work performed.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to machine operators as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machine control systems.
  • Ability to be present on site Monday to Friday
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and GPS systems relevant to heavy plant.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding site environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
