- To ensure the cleanliness of all areas in the hotel.
- To ensure all bedroom/bathrooms are clean and ready for arrivals.
- To carry out laundry tasks as requested.
- To place orders for Housekeeping and Front of House.
- To maintain weekly Rotas and look after staff holidays.
- To take due care and attention when undertaking any task or procedure.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- To ensure reception are aware of any room changes if they occur.
- To ensure reception are aware of any off rooms and report any maintenance issues.
- To carry out periodic checks on rooms and on all equipment.
- To supervise all housekeeping staff as and when necessary.
- To attend training courses as and when necessary.
- To ensure effective communication within the housekeeping department and peers.
- To implement all policies and procedures as devised by management.
- To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents and any other persons on the premises.
- Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Good Command of English Language
- 1 years experience in similar role
- Need transportation due to location
- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry
