- Provide an agile and flexible service to customers to meet their needs within their channel of choice.
- Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future mortgage and protection needs, helping them to achieve a mortgage package that is fully tailored to their individual needs.
- Recognising the wider financial planning needs of individual customers and making referrals to other areas of the bank, where their wider needs can be met.
- Proactively developing and strengthening customer relationships and, in doing so, generating new business responsibly.
- Apply the principles of Treating Customers Fairly to everything you do.
- Develop and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the immediate business area`.
- As an Adviser you must already hold RO1 / CF1 and CF6 (or CeMAP or equivalent)
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
- Seeking out and building on effective working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the immediate business area.
- Delivery of satisfactory compliance and quality measures.
- Have experience of personally complying with business processes, rules, and regulations
- Track record in the Mortgage and Lending environment.
- Flexible working with a working pattern to support operating hours of 8am-8pm Monday –Friday and 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.
