You'll be joining a high-performing team, supporting Investment Managers who work closely with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). This role is both client-facing and operational. No two days will be the same. You'll build trusted client relationships, help manage key compliance processes, and provide top-tier support to your team.Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for valued clients and intermediaries
- Managing KYC, onboarding and suitability reviews
- Preparing detailed fund and valuation reports ahead of client meetings
- Supporting Investment Managers with diary management, meeting packs and travel
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- At least one year's experience in investment operations, client service, or administration, internships or graduate schemes welcome
- Demonstrable interest in investment and wealth management, CISI study or similar is a plus
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach
- £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
