Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (2+ Years PQE)📍 Woolton, Liverpool🕒 Full-Time | PermanentI'm currently recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm based in Woolton, who are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE to join their busy and growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to take on a varied caseload involving Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Elderly Client Services, with the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.The RoleYou'll be responsible for:
  • Managing your own Private Client caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Advising clients on Probate, Wills, Trusts, Tax Planning, and related matters.
  • Liaising with HMRC, HMLR, the Probate Registry, courts, and other third parties.
  • Meeting clients both in person and remotely, offering clear and compassionate legal advice.
  • Supporting the team's business development and contributing to marketing content (e.g., blogs).
  • Playing an active role in growing the department and maintaining strong client relationships.
What They're Looking For
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE in Private Client law.
  • Experience working with HNW clients and handling complex estate matters.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • A team player who is also confident working independently.
  • Experience in property work and access to a car are desirable but not essential.
