Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Hygiene & Catering Division. You'll manage a small team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure excellent service to our customers and suppliers.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations (orders, returns, credits, warranties)
- Lead and support the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Liaise with suppliers and manage stock availability
- Resolve delivery, order, and invoice issues
- Maintain accurate records and process returns
- Experience in team leadership or operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Knowledge of hygiene/catering products (a plus)
