Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Hygiene & Catering Division. You'll manage a small team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure excellent service to our customers and suppliers.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations (orders, returns, credits, warranties)
  • Lead and support the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage stock availability
  • Resolve delivery, order, and invoice issues
  • Maintain accurate records and process returns
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in team leadership or operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hygiene/catering products (a plus)
