Reports to: Manufacturing Leader
Hours: 39 hours per week - Core shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm. Flexibility for morning/evening shifts and occasional overtime may be required.Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general operator duties, including manual assembly of seat parts, stores tasks, leather work, machine operation, and preparation/painting of finished parts.
  • Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions.
  • Adhere to company quality procedures and perform required checks to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets/deadlines.
  • Flexible with working hours, overtime, and occasional travel.
