- Administer and manage the full renewal process for a defined customer base, including preparing, generating, and distributing quotations and contract documentation.
- Build strong, positive relationships with existing clients, resolve queries efficiently, and share feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and identify future business opportunities.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Business Leaders, and Finance to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is aligned.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our customer database; ensure all communications, quotes, and actions are properly logged.
- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of the company’s service offerings to confidently support customer queries.
- Support wider administrative tasks including document scanning, data input, and preparation of materials for mail distribution.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong IT proficiency — confident in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive, positive approach and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Prior customer service or telephone-based work experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
