About the roleAt Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), our Renewals team are looking for a Renewals Coordinator to help retain and develop our existing customer base. Working within a supportive team of eight, you will be involved with managing annual and fixed-term maintenance contract renewals.What you’ll be doingAs Renewals Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive renewal experience for our clients, reinforcing PTSG’s commitment to excellence in customer service.This is a fast-paced and high-volume environment. All customer interaction is with existing clients; this is not a cold calling role. Team targets exist for customer retention, but this role is not commission-based. Your work will directly contribute to performance indicators highlighted at board level, including in monthly and annual reporting.Day to day responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the full renewal process for a defined customer base, including preparing, generating, and distributing quotations and contract documentation.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with existing clients, resolve queries efficiently, and share feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and identify future business opportunities.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Business Leaders, and Finance to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is aligned.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our customer database; ensure all communications, quotes, and actions are properly logged.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of the company’s service offerings to confidently support customer queries.
  • Support wider administrative tasks including document scanning, data input, and preparation of materials for mail distribution.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong IT proficiency — confident in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A proactive, positive approach and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Prior customer service or telephone-based work experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
