A dynamic, design-led construction consultancy is seeking a driven and client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team of 60 in their London office.This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a hands-on role delivering meaningful, socially impactful projects within a collaborative and growing practice. They are well-regarded for its focus on design and quality, delivering high-profile Residential schemes across the capital.The Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on a portfolio of Residential projects, working predominantly with local authorities, housing associations, and registered providers.Schemes typically range in value from £2m to £200m and include affordable housing developments, estate regeneration, and mixed-tenure blocks. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for both cost management and Employers Agent duties, guiding projects through all stages of the development lifecycle.This is a client-facing role offering significant autonomy, supported by a wider team of Project Managers, Assistant QSs, and Directors. It would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking greater responsibility, visibility, and the chance to mentor junior team members.The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience delivering Residential schemes
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm – MUST
  • Experience working on social housing, affordable housing, or local authority-led projects
  • MRICS or working towards Chartership (preferred)
  • Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
