- Develop inspiring creative briefs and manage the flow of work between creative, production, and post-production teams.
- Brief and manage key partners, including media agencies, call centres, and digital agencies.
- Act as the gatekeeper for campaign performance data, analysing media response, phone banks, and digital conversions.
- Organise and lead status, planning, and performance review meetings.
- Help prepare and manage campaign budgets, providing regular financial reporting.
- Agency experience, preferably with a background in TV, film, or digital advertising. (DRTV experience is a major advantage).
- A genuine passion for the charity sector and a desire to use your skills for good.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; the ability to influence internally and externally with calmness and kindness.
- Superb project management skills-you're organised, articulate, and a proactive team player who meets deadlines.
- A numbers-driven mindset and a passion for using data to prove success.
- An interest in the creative process and a desire to learn how to develop compelling film that delivers results.
