- Lead a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties
- Deliver highly personalised, engaging lessons aligned with EHCPs and individual development goals

- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, SENCOs, and learning support assistants
