The Apprenticeship Coach delivers workplace-based learning, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices complete their programmes successfully and meet industry, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.Day-to-day, you'll ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentation, as well as:
  • Support, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements
  • Monitor and review learners in line with the customers' expectations
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines
  • Provide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on the requirements of their programme.
This role is full time and is fully remote.Essential experience of the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician
  • Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment
Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics Technician
  • Maths and English - GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Relevant industry related qualification - Electronics - (minimum of level 3)
