Reporting directly to the Head of Estates, the successful candidate will manage a varied professional caseload, including:
·Property valuations for a range of asset types
·Landlord & Tenant matters
·Disposals and acquisitions
·Estate reviews and strategic asset management
·Supporting the Council's annual asset valuation programme in collaboration with the Finance Team
·Assisting in the management of three council-run managed workspace centres, working alongside the Business Centres Manager and support staffWhat Rochdale Offers
