Job DescriptionCommercial Litigation Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Cambridgeshire, £Competitive (DOE) - We're looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded dispute resolution team. JOB REF: 0845.THE ROLE:
  • You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial and civil disputes, acting for a wide range of clients.
  • Your caseload will include preparing and drafting witness statements and trial bundles, Advocacy in County and High Courts and liaising with Counsel and experts
  • You will be confident and capable of supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate
  • You'll be expected to play a key role in maintaining client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
  • Strong experience in handling a full range of commercial litigation matters and some civil litigation matters.
  • A background in a highly regarded Legal 500 firm or equivalent
  • Confidence in managing cases independently as well as part of a team
  • A professional, organised and commercially focused approach
  • The ability to build strong client relationships and represent the firm positively
  • A confident, team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering results are essential.
