The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal / repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too.Here are a few pointers: -
- Paying up to £32,000 with bonus + quarterly CSI bonuses totalling over £40,000
- 1 of 4 Saturdays

- Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customer's needs
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements / Produce job cards on in-house computer system
- Update customer and vehicle records / Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
- Preparation and completion of invoices
- Experience in a role as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
- An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
- Driving license
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
