  • Develop and manage a desk specialising in SEND recruitment
  • Build lasting relationships with schools, SENCOs, and SEND professionals
  • Source, interview, and place high-quality SEND candidates
  • Drive business development to grow your client and candidate network
  • Work as part of a supportive, high-performing team
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience within SEND (education or recruitment)
  • A people-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
  • Drive, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a sales-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for education
