Position: Garden Nursery WorkerLocation: Welham Green Hertfordshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Salary: £11.50 per hourAs a Garden Nursery Worker, you'll have the opportunity to:
🌱 Assist in the care and maintenance of a wide variety of plants and shrubs.
🌱 Help with tasks such as loading and unloading stock from vehicles, potting, watering, pruning, and general plant care.
🌱 Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the health and vitality of our nursery stock.
🌱 Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, offering advice and assistance with plant selection.
🌱 Learn and develop your horticultural knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
What we're looking for:
🌿 Passion for plants and gardening.🌿 Strong work ethic and attention to detail.🌿 Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.🌿 Previous experience in horticulture or gardening is desirable but not essential – we're willing to train the right candidate!🌿 Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.If you're ready to embark on a fulfilling career in horticulture, we want to hear from you.
