- Conducting and reviewing risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Developing, implementing, and communicating health & safety and quality policies.
- Delivering staff training (Manual Handling, Gantry, Abrasive Wheels, etc.).
- Monitoring workplace practices, conducting inspections, and reporting findings.
- Investigating incidents and non-conformities using root cause analysis.
- Promoting a positive safety and quality culture across all levels of the organisation.
- Experienced in a health & safety or quality-related role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar environment.
- Knowledgeable in current health & safety legislation and compliance standards.
- Skilled in delivering training and engaging with employees at all levels.
