
Senior Revenue Controller

- Serve as a key point of contact between billing attorneys, secretarial teams, practice office billing staff, and client representatives-delivering expert-level support and resolving queries efficiently
- Provide local logistical and technical assistance to Global Services Office teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely updates on billing-related tasks and projects
- Regularly meet with partners to discuss WIP.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring billing requests are fulfilled, progress is clearly reported, and expectations are managed effectively
- Collaborate with the eBilling team to identify and implement corrective actions, improving the accuracy and success of future submissions
- Support Finance Committee initiatives by liaising with local committee members, preparing for quarterly meetings, and driving follow-up actions
- Ensure all assignments and inquiries are completed accurately, promptly, and in line with firm policies and standards
- 3-5 years' revenue control experience within a law firm
- Experience with Elite 3E (desirable but not essential)
- A confident and approachable manner, with the ability to build rapport with key internal and external stakeholders
- Broad experience across all elements of working capital, including billing, revenue, and collections
