
Graduate Fire Engineer

- Building and maintaining industry relationships and awareness of fire engineering opportunities
- Contributing technical input to proposals and tenders
- Managing fire engineering projects, including team coordination, timelines, and budgets
- Liaising with clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies
- Attending project meetings and adjusting delivery plans as needed
- Preparing fire strategies and supporting projects from concept to completion
- Conducting fire engineering analysis (e.g. smoke modelling, radiation, structural) and reviewing third-party work
- Providing design and construction support, including site visits
- Producing clear and accurate technical reports
- A degree in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline (Master's preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and standards (e.g. Approved Document B, BS 9999, BS 9991, BS 7974)
- Solid analytical and report-writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office tools
