Looking to step into a leadership role managing some of the most iconic commercial assets in Central London?Associate Director - Commercial Property ManagementCentral London Mixed-Use Portfolio Senior Leadership OpportunityAn outstanding opportunity to lead the management of a high-profile, mixed-use portfolio in Central London. This senior role offers strategic oversight of premium commercial assets, combining operational excellence with client-facing leadership.Reporting to the Team Director, you'll take full responsibility for the performance of a diverse portfolio, guiding a multidisciplinary team and mentoring junior surveyors. You'll be the key point of contact for the client, trusted to deliver best-in-class property management and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the estate.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate finance, facilities management, and specialist service teams (ESG, Procurement, Customer Experience, Data, Technology)
Ensure assets are safe, clean, secure, and maintained to the highest standards
Deliver a modern, competitive occupier experience
Monitor and optimise service charge performance
Champion sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives
Represent the business with professionalism and commercial insight

Candidate Profile:

MRICS qualified with strong experience in commercial property management
Proven leadership and people management skills
Track record of managing multi-let assets and complex service charges
Central London experience preferred
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ambitious, collaborative, and committed to being London-based four days per week
