You do not have to come from a career in the NHS, rather, what matters more is that you care about public purpose and are ready to help shape our future.This role will be central to our journey. You will advise our Chair and I on all matters of governance, support the work of the Trust Board and its Committees, and lead functions including risk, legal services and patient experience. You will have a key voice in how we respond to system-wide transformation, strengthen our engagement with regulators and stakeholders, and build a culture that enables everyone at LAS to thrive and deliver their best.As someone who has just returned to LAS after working at different organisations, I am struck once again by the passion, dedication, and potential across the organisation.
