We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead a high-performing commercial vehicle sales team in the Loanhead area.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and driven individual with a strong background in commercial vehicle sales and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strong sales results, motivating a team, and ensuring excellent customer service across the board.Key Responsibilities for a Commercial Sales Manager:
  • Manage daily operations, departmental performance, and profit & loss.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives to exceed all sales targets.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for growth in both volume and profitability.
  • Manage and develop key customer relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory standards.
